Pawan is a Cost Accountant with over 23 years of experience in working with large Indian companies and multinationals at various levels. Armed with his primary expertise in business finance, and costing and taxation, he has set up various controls and processes in order to plug the loopholes in the system and increase internal financial accuracy and speed of delivery. He has also acquired experience in the operational aspects of large manufacturing concerns, start-up projects and successfully led them to achieve their business objectives. During his tenure with multinationals, he had the opportunity to deal with global customers and was further exposed to international management techniques.
