He holds an MSW in Human Resource from School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore University. He has worked in multinational organizations like Toyota Kirloskar Motor, TE India, and TVS Interconnect Systems Limited in key roles, and has experience in strategic planning, organizational/leadership development, employee relations, labor relations, employee recognition/communication, performance management, total rewards, and compliance. With a creative approach and critical thinking, he aligns HR strategy with business goals and measures their results, while leading industrial relations, learning and development.
