He holds a postgraduate degree in MSW with HR specialisation from Mangalore University and worked in both MNC and Indian companies like IFB Automotive Private Limited, Telenetix Private Limited, Boden Software Pvt Ltd and Bosch Limited. In his last assignment with Bosch, he was HRBP for Bangalore Plant, managed greenfield project and also worked for Corporate HR role as CoE for Bosch India Group.
Currently he is responsible for complete people strategy, hiring, learning, leadership development program, succession planning, competencies management and employee relations of EWIS Business.
