Sharad is a seasoned operations leader with over 30 years of experience across manufacturing operations, quality, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, plant maintenance, information technology, and new product introduction. Throughout his career, he has successfully led multi-plant operations with end-to-end accountability for performance, efficiency, and return on investment (ROI), while playing a key role in establishing and scaling greenfield manufacturing facilities.
Having held leadership positions across leading multinational automotive tier 1 organizations, and worked with Global Customers across US, EU and AP, Sharad brings extensive expertise in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, industrial relations, and business transformation. He has led many Operations transformations. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. His strategic approach, Customer focus, coupled with a strong orientation towards execution, enables the organization to drive operational efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth.
